Dental implants offer a dependable solution for replacing missing teeth. Designed to provide a solid and durable foundation for a tooth root, dental implants will look, feel and function just like a natural tooth. Reclaim the ability to eat, chew and smile with confidence, knowing that your smile is restored long-term.

The procedure involves inserting a titanium post into the jawbone, which acts as a strong foundation for a replacement tooth. Our team is dedicated to ensuring successful implant placement, helping restore both function and aesthetics to your smile.

Why it works

Titanium is uniquely accepted by living bone. As the implant integrates, it distributes the forces of chewing back into the jaw the way a natural root would, which is what keeps surrounding bone healthy and the restoration secure for the long term.

What to expect

Treatment begins with a specialist consultation and 3D cone-beam planning. The implant is placed under local anaesthetic or sedation, or under general anaesthetic, then left to heal. When it has fused, your restorative dentist fits the final crown, bridge or denture.

Full-arch restoration

Where every tooth in an arch is missing, four to six implants can carry a permanent fixed bridge, the All-on-X concept, restoring a complete smile without removable dentures, often within days.

Recovery

Most people return to their normal routine quickly. The longer part of the journey is the quiet months of integration beneath the gum, monitored through structured reviews with your surgeon and our Oral Health Therapist.
