Before you send

  • Zip the entire scan folder first, single .zip file only, no loose DICOM files
  • Enter the patient and referrer details in the portal so we can match the scan
  • Large scans can take a couple of minutes, wait for the upload to finish
  • Files go directly to our secure ShareFile storage, never by email

CBCT scans are uploaded separately via our secure ShareFile portal below. You'll be asked to enter some details again — this helps our team match the scan to your referral.

Please upload your CBCT scan as a single .zip file only. Do not upload individual DICOM files — zip the entire scan folder first.

The CBCT file may take up to 2 minutes to upload. Please wait until the file has been completely uploaded before submitting the referral form.

Files are uploaded directly to our secure ShareFile storage and are not sent via email.
